- Projected budget; this should be the expected types of expenses (materials, your time, copy costs, etc.) I will project that I will be spending much of my free time coordinating and implementing the project and working on it through research and discussions with my preceptor and staff members. I estimate that I will be making approximately 20 copies at 5 cents each to equal a total financial cost of $1.00. This will not include gas money to and from the copy center or possible taxes added on to the cost of making the copies.
