Activities I attended at the facility are meetings
about patient falls, physical and occupational therapy sessions and
discussions with staff members about they see in facility needs.
Preliminary course outline of topics; describe in
the text but include the actual detailed outline in the appendix: I will describe the outline topics in

Evaluation method for each behavioral objective:I will evaluate through observation and
assessing with the staff how effective the patient’s use of call lights after
my survey discussion is.
