Let me be the first to say I am excited for next year. Many of you may think I am crazy and want to get out of school and have the summer to relax. But not all of you can say that you will be upperclassman . I can’t deny that I am not excited for the summer but next year is going to be great.
Summer vacation three months of NO school none at all. Three months to do nothing but relax and sleep in. My summer basically consists of going to the movies and as many concerts my parents will let me go to.
Now lets talk about what no one is talking about yet, next year. Next year we will all be a grade higher but of course you already know that. What also comes with getting older more responsibility. We don’t get to keep the same lockers any more we move up in status and in the building. But for you future sophomores you just move over.
The seniors this year set the bar and now the juniors need to meet their standards. It seems like as the end of the year ends and finals are creeping up on us that everyone is kind of in a bad mood. We all need to take time and think this is supposed to be high school the best time of our life, because before you know it we will be seniors graduating. So to the future seniors make your last year the best year.
This year has more events leading up to the dance . These events include a bon fire and even a parade. But the infamous Powder Puff Football game is not in the line up unfortunately.
Student council deserves a big thank you for all this planning that has went into the dance and all the events planned.
For the football game we will be facing East. We are all really excited for this years events including the pep rally which will be held Friday during school.
