Walking is such good exercise. Anyone can do it and you don't need a machine to go out and walk. If the weather is bad, you can go to the nearest mall and walk around. You don't need to be in the best shape to walk around. It does not take special clothing or a pass to your nearest gym. Walking can be done by the young and the old. You can make walking a social occasion so you don't fee left out of things. You can watch your i-pod or listen to a phone call and discuss things while you are walking. Walking is fun and inexpensive way to get and stay healthy.
