Preventing Alzheimer's Disease

Alzheimer's disease may be considered a good thing to some people, especially children. This disease is passed down from genetics. It makes someone have brain inactivity, so to keep their brain functioning healthfully they will need to participate in social events and constantly be doing something.

This particular disease has special things that help to keep their brain active such as crossword puzzles, and playing games and memory exercises. People with Alzheimer's should have a planned daily schedule so that they can always have something to do or somewhere to go.

Not only do people with Alzheimer's disease have to always keep their brain active, but they also have to eat healthy and stay physically fit. These people have to take enormous precautions to prevent any brain injuries. This can be as simple as wearing a helmet.

People with Alzheimer's disease have to keep their mind and body healthy and active constantly.
